Welcome to Said with a Shirt. By visiting our site and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. We've kept them human-readable on purpose.

1. Our Products

Every item in our shop is printed to order using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing or embroidery. That means your shirt is made specifically for you when you buy it — no warehouse stacks, no mass production. Because of this, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be verified.

3. Shipping

Orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing preference or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right — no questions asked. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Said with a Shirt. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our designs without written permission. If you think we've accidentally used something that belongs to you, please reach out — we're reasonable people.

6. Limitation of Liability

Said with a Shirt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

7. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your order and improve your experience. We do not sell your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
